These Terms & Conditions govern your use of daisewell.com and purchases made from Daisewell. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Our products and information

We aim to keep product descriptions, images, specifications and prices accurate. Colours and appearance can vary between screens. Product availability may change without notice, and we may correct genuine errors in pricing or product information before accepting an order.

2. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation does not mean that we have accepted the order. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, an error has occurred, or the order appears fraudulent or unlawful. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, we will arrange a refund where appropriate.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before you complete payment. Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout, including Stripe and PayPal. You must be authorised to use the selected payment method.

4. Delivery

Daisewell currently delivers within Australia. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and can be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, weather or address issues. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address supplied with your order, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Returns, refunds and consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights you have under that law. For change-of-mind returns, fault reports or other support, contact us first at service@daisewell.com with your order details. We may ask for reasonable evidence of purchase and information about the issue before assessing a remedy.

6. Product use and care

Use Daisewell products in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product. Do not use a product that appears damaged or unsafe. Compatibility may depend on your device, operating system, settings and Bluetooth environment; please review the product information before purchase.

7. Website use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or use its content for unlawful purposes. All website content, branding, text, images and design are owned by or licensed to Daisewell and must not be copied or used without permission except as allowed by law.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Daisewell is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the remedies available under applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to use of the website and new orders from its stated update date. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in New South Wales, Australia, and the laws of Australia.
