We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders to supported locations worldwide, including the UK, USA, Australia, UAE, South Africa, and most European countries.

 

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by location. Please note that delays may occur due to customs, high order volume, or courier-related issues.

If your order is not delivered within 90 days, please contact us, and we will offer compensation or a refund.

 

Can I Request a Specific Delivery Date?

While we strive to meet deadlines, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. Once your order leaves our facility, the delivery timeline is under the courier’s control.

 

Damaged Orders During Shipping

Please inspect your package carefully before signing for delivery. All products are thoroughly inspected and securely packed before shipping.

If you receive a package with visible damage:

  • Report the issue to the carrier immediately.
  • Retain all packaging materials.
  • Request an inspection report from the carrier to file a damage claim.

If the damage is only noticeable after unpacking:

  • Contact us immediately and provide photos of the damage.
  • Retain all packing materials for carrier inspection. 

 

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

  • If no signature is required, the courier will determine whether to leave the package in a secure location.
  • If a signature is required, the courier will attempt delivery or leave a door tag with instructions.
  • Check your tracking information for delivery attempt details.

If a package is returned to the sender due to being lost, stolen, or misdelivered, we offer a re-shipment service.

  • Re-delivery is a paid service, and shipping costs will depend on the package’s size and weight.

Africa & South America
