Select a Product - Browse our website and choose the custom rug or carpet style you would like. Payment-After the design is confirmed, proceed with ordering and payment. Upload Photo - Upload a high-resolution photo of your pet to ensure the best possible print quality. Design Confirmation - Our design team will create a design based on your photos and email you back a preview for your approval.
How long does it take to receive my customized product?
Design time: Approximately 2-3 business days. Production time: Approximately 5-7 business days. Shipping time: Usually 7-20business days, depending on your location.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Within 24 hours of order confirmation, you can contact us to modify or cancel your order. After 24 hours, since production has started, we won’t be able to modify or cancel the order.
How do I clean and maintain my product?
Hand wash or machine wash (Use cold water and mild detergent, avoid high temperatures). Avoid bleach, as it may affect the vibrancy of the printed design. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry to prevent fabric distortion. Shake or vacuum regularly to maintain softness and cleanliness.

What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days, providing photos and details. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
